6.1 Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your UniPulse account and associated personal data at any time. To request account deletion:

- Use the subject line: "UniPulse Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address (@student.uol.edu.pk)
- Include your name as it appears in your UniPulse profile
- We will process your request within 30 days
6.2 What Data is Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- All notes, assignments, and personal content you created
- Your calendar events and deadlines
- All uploaded files and documents
- Course enrollments and preferences
- Notification settings and app preferences
6.3 Data Retention Period
Immediate Deletion: Most personal data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
Backup Systems: Data in backup systems may take up to 90 days to be completely removed.
Legal Requirements: Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes for up to 1 year, but will not contain any personally identifiable information.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use UniPulse again.
👶 Children's Privacy
Our app is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.

Our app uses the following third-party services:
