Welcome to UniPulse! By accessing or using our university productivity and management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

✅ Eligibility

To use UniPulse, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be affiliated with a university or educational institution (student, faculty, or administrator)

If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from your parent or guardian to use UniPulse.

👤 User Accounts

Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring you log out at the end of each session

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at info@braincodeslab.site. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice for violation of these Terms.

🎯 Acceptable Use

You Agree to Use UniPulse Only For:

• Academic and educational purposes
• Personal productivity and task management
• Collaboration with classmates and faculty
• University resource management (if you're an administrator)
• Lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

📝 User Content

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share through UniPulse ("User Content"). This includes tasks, notes, assignments, files, images, and any other materials you submit.

License Grant

By uploading User Content, you grant UniPulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of your User Content
• Ensuring you have rights to upload and share your content
• Any content you share with other users
• Backing up your important data

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable laws, without prior notice.
